UK Firework Law (National Rules)

The same firework laws apply across England and Wales. You must be 18+ to buy F2 (garden) and F3 display fireworks (25 metres minimum clearance). You can set off fireworks on private land any night of the year, but you must follow curfew times:

• Standard curfew: 11pm to 7am (fireworks not allowed)
• Exceptions: Bonfire Night (5th Nov, until midnight), New Year's Eve (until 1am), Diwali (until 1am), Chinese New Year (until 1am)
• Public places: Illegal to set off fireworks in parks, streets, car parks, or beaches

When you order from Galactic, our ADR-certified drivers deliver to a safe storage location (porch, garage, shed, or outbuilding that you specify at checkout). Our drivers will help you offload and give you a hand putting your fireworks somewhere safe if needed. You store the fireworks safely in a cool, dry place, and use them at a later date when you've planned your display and checked the weather.

All deliveries include live tracking with a 2-hour slot, plus text and email updates. If you're not home and no safe place is available, a redelivery can be arranged (£29.95 charge).
