We came across Galactic Fireworks a couple of years ago when our local shop closed down. Their advice, support, range and prices were first class and the team have made our Scout's firework display a breeze each time.

Good prices, used galactic since Oct-2025 and will continue to use them. It's nice to see they have decent cake packs like up the ante and the mi6 barrage pack. Site looks better now, vs 2025.

I have purchased both online and in store from Galactic Fireworks and have had great service both ways. The team really know there stuff when it comes to fireworks and have a great range of quality fireworks from a variety of different brands.

Galactic fireworks is a shop where you really matter as a customer. They are not there to upsell but Will do their best to keep you happy with the best quality fireworks to fit whatever your budget is.
The quality of their fireworks is only bettered by the service and how they look after you.

I first started using Galactic a few years ago and found them by a google search. A quick email later and I decided to pop over one weekend, (200 mile round trip).
I've been to many firework retailers and I have to say that I've not met any that are as knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about fireworks as the staff; I've literally spent hours at a time talking to some of them.
They are so passionate in fact that they will talk you out of buying a firework that will earn them more profit, if they think you'll enjoy it better.
I can not stress enough how much I respect the guys, (and Mandy) at Galactic and I no longer see them as a shop for Fantastic Pyro but instead as good friends who wish I could see more often

What can I say! Galactic fireworks are the best in the business. I have been going there for a few years now and won't buy from anywhere else. The fireworks that Galactic Nigel (The most famous man in Pyroland) chooses to stock are the best available in the UK, you won't find anything for sale that isn't the best available and you also won't find it for a better price!
BUT.... enough of the fireworks! The customer service this family run business provides is hands down the best I have seen from any company. Nigel is the main man and will bend over backwards for anyone! Harry is the face of the business, such charm & big muscles from carrying all those fireworks about! James is a lovely guy with a real passion, he owns a lovely boat in Cambodia! Mandy is the princess of the Dinnington shop keeping it looking amazing and one of the most exciting places ever for a pyromaniac!
Every member of the family plays such a great part in the running of this family business but I have to say that their close relative Jason from Poland is one of the nicest people I have ever done business with, he is so friendly and one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. He absolutely adores fireworks and there's nothing he doesn't know about each and every firework that Galactic sell! He also has a real passion for stickers!
All in all, one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone. Make sure you pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed!
I have been a customer of Galactic Fireworks for over a year now and can honestly say that they are a great company to deal with and there knowledge and love of fireworks is second to none.
I've been doing business with Galactic fireworks for four years now. I've used others but always come back to Galactic. There customer service is outstanding because they really take the time to help you out, listening to your requirements and proposing solutions to them without pushing stuff on you that you aren't really interested in.
They also have a great selection of fireworks. Other shops might have a similar volume, but Galactic has a better mix of fireworks from various manufacturers that allow you to create a really good display.
Lastly, their prices are fantastically good.
It's simple, this is the company to use.

The products these guys sell are second to non, special mention to the Big Daddy and Glittering Prize, these will blow your spectators away, biggest baddest cakes that i have seen anywhere!
Then we have the customer service... they provide an exceptional customer experience. Quick to answer queries and provide a one on one personal package for your needs and requirements. Honestly, no need to look anywhere else than at this company, thanks again Harry and keep up the good work and see you next year for sure. :)
Best firework shop in the UK, all the staff are very friendly and are always up for helping with information needed on all fireworks they sell.

Can honestly say i've never been dissapointed, and i've been shopping with Galactic now for years! They have such a massive selection and what also seem to be at the best prices available.
The service is also top notch, whether it's for issues with an order or just to give advice on firing.
I shall definitely be returning, as I do every year =D!
In the past have used various local firework companies to me in the midlands. Have been using Galactic for the last 2years, now won’t go anywhere else now and recommend them to others.
