🚀 Our Story
At Galactic Fireworks, we're not just selling fireworks – we're fireworks crazy. Pyrotechnics are in our blood, and each of us channels our life-long passion into hand-picking the very best fireworks for you.
The Beginning
We started selling fireworks from a small village store in Laughton Common, Dinnington, near Sheffield. Not the most obvious location for a fireworks shop – but our passion for putting customers first and supplying only the very best fireworks turned that little store into something special.
Mail Order Launches
Nigel Turver, our Managing Director, launched Galactic Fireworks mail order just in time for the millennium celebrations. This was before the days of the internet – we sent out paper order forms! Since then, we've supplied the UK with the best fireworks year after year.
The Next Generation
Nigel's sons James and Harry joined the Galactic team, sharing their dad's passion for pyrotechnics. When new fireworks come in stock, the Turvers all share the same reaction – like kids on Christmas morning.
