Think of these as "sparklers on steroids." Instead of a burning wire, you hold a sturdy handle that supports a small tube. When lit, they act like miniature hand-held fountains, projecting a vibrant shower of sparks and a coloured flame from the tip. This pack includes four neon colours: Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow.
