Excessive? Absolutely, and that is the point. Over The Top has only 16 shots, but they are fired hard and fast in a loud, big-bore burst.
Primed Pyrotechnics get through the lot in thirty seconds flat, quick work for shots this big: a heavy hit every two seconds or so until the tubes run empty. Rated F3, a display firework: keep spectators at least 25 metres back for safety.
