For delivery by 18th October:

Most of the UK: Please place your order by midday on Monday 13th October.
Devon, Cornwall, West Wales, or north of Glasgow: Please order by midday on Tuesday, 7th October.

Delivery Options

🌟 Saver Delivery: Available when your basket only contains non-pyrotechnic, F1, or 1.4S items such as sparklers, smoke grenades, firing equipment, or ice fountains.
📦 Standard Delivery: Usually delivered within 2 weeks. Ideal if you’re planning ahead.
🚀 Premium Delivery: Usually delivered within 1 week. Best for tighter schedules.

Add to an Existing Delivery

Already placed an order and want to add more items? At checkout:

Select Collection as the delivery method.
On the store selector, scroll down and choose “ADD TO DELIVERY”.
Complete checkout — we’ll merge it with your existing order wherever possible.

If we can’t combine orders (for example, due to packing or routing limits), we’ll contact you to discuss options.

Delivery Charges

Minimum Order: Our minimum order value for delivery is £100.

The only exception is Saver Delivery, which is available on smaller orders if your basket contains only non-pyrotechnic, F1, or 1.4S items (e.g. sparklers, smoke grenades, firing equipment, or ice fountains).

Important Information

Receiving your order: You’ll receive an email and text with a live tracking link and estimated delivery time.
Not home for delivery? You can specify alternative arrangements (e.g. leave with a neighbour). Failed deliveries incur a £29.95 re-delivery charge.
Check your order carefully: Only sign for the number of boxes received. Report any missing or damaged items immediately.

📍 Where do you deliver?

We deliver to almost all UK addresses. Remote areas listed above may incur extra charges or longer delivery times. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us in advance.

📦 What does “Partially Dispatched” mean on my order?

If you’ve ordered a case or bundle of different items, our system automatically splits that into individual products so the packing team know exactly what to pick. When this happens, the case or bundle may show as “dispatched”, which can make it look like a partial dispatch.

In reality, nothing has been sent yet. Your order will always arrive as one complete delivery. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get a tracking link by text and email with the confirmed delivery day, a 2-hour timeslot, and live driver tracking on the day itself.

❓ What if something is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable during packing, we’ll quickly offer you a suitable alternative or a refund.

🚚 Why are delivery costs higher for fireworks?

Fireworks require specialist couriers, strict safety measures, hazardous handling, and special packaging. These all add cost. To keep things fair, we absorb as much as possible ourselves.

⚠️ Why is firework safety so important?

Correct handling prevents accidents and damage. Our delivery standards are designed to ensure both your safety and compliance with regulations.
