Delivery Options
We currently offer three delivery options — Saver, Standard, and Premium. The delivery dates shown below are live and updated based on our current routes.
Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, you’ll see the exact guaranteed latest delivery date for your area.
- 💡 Saver Delivery: Strictly for non-pyrotechnic items (e.g. sparklers, smoke grenades, firing equipment, or ice fountains). Delivered within 3 working days.
- 📦 Standard Delivery: For all pyrotechnic orders. Guaranteed delivery by the live date shown at checkout (currently on or before ).
- 🚀 Premium Delivery: Priority service. Guaranteed delivery by the earlier live date shown at checkout (currently on or before ).

Delivery Charges
Minimum Order: £100 for all pyrotechnic deliveries.
Saver Delivery is available on smaller orders if your basket contains only non-pyrotechnic, F1, or 1.4S items.

Remote areas include West & North Wales, Devon, Cornwall, North of Glasgow, Scotland North East, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Deliveries here take a little longer.

- Receiving your order: Fireworks cannot be left with anyone under 18.
- Not home? You must provide a safe, dry, and secure place (like a porch or garage). If delivery fails because no one is home and no safe place is assigned, a £29.95 re-delivery charge applies.
- Check your order: Please check your items upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
📍 Where do you deliver?
We deliver to almost all UK Mainland addresses. We do not cover Northern Ireland, ROI, or Europe. Remote areas (listed above) may have longer lead times.
📦 What does “Partially Dispatched” mean?
If you order a bundle, our system sometimes splits items temporarily for packing purposes. Don't worry—your full order travels together. Once it's out for delivery, you’ll get your tracking link.
❓ What if something is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable during packing, we’ll contact you. If time is critical and we can’t reach you, we may replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value/performance to ensure you have fireworks for your display.
🚚 Why are delivery costs higher for fireworks?
Fireworks are explosives (1.4G/1.3G). They cannot go through networks like DPD or Evri. They require specialist ADR-trained drivers and UN-certified cartons. We subsidise these costs heavily to keep them fair for you.
