Delivery Options
We currently offer three delivery options — Saver, Standard, and Premium. Delivery dates shown below are live and automatically updated as our routes progress.
Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, you’ll see the guaranteed latest delivery date available for your area.
- 💡 Saver Delivery: Available for orders containing only non-pyrotechnic items (e.g. sparklers, smoke grenades, firing equipment, or ice fountains). Delivered within 3 working days.
- 📦 Standard Delivery: For all pyrotechnic orders. Guaranteed delivery by the live date shown at checkout (currently on or before ).
- 🚀 Premium Delivery: Guaranteed delivery by the earlier live date shown at checkout (currently on or before ).

Delivery Charges
Minimum Order: £100 for all pyrotechnic deliveries.
Saver Delivery is available on smaller orders if your basket contains only non-pyrotechnic, F1, or 1.4S items such as sparklers, smoke grenades, firing equipment, or ice fountains.

Remote Areas
Remote areas include West & North Wales, Devon, Cornwall, North of Glasgow, Scotland North East, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. These areas may take slightly longer than mainland UK.

Important Information
- Receiving your order: You’ll receive an email and text with a live tracking link and estimated delivery time.
- Not home for delivery? You can specify alternative arrangements (e.g. leave with a neighbour). Failed deliveries incur a £29.95 re-delivery charge.
- Check your order carefully: Only sign for the number of boxes received. Report any missing or damaged items immediately.

📍 Where do you deliver?
We deliver to almost all UK addresses. Remote areas listed above may incur slightly higher charges or longer lead times. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us in advance.
📦 What does “Partially Dispatched” mean on my order?
If you’ve ordered a case or bundle containing multiple items, our system temporarily splits them for packing. This can make it appear “partially dispatched” before it’s actually sent.
Your full order will always arrive together. Once it’s out for delivery, you’ll receive a text and email with your confirmed delivery day, a 2-hour time slot, and live driver tracking.
❓ What if something is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable during packing, we’ll contact you right away to offer an alternative or a refund. If time is critical and we can’t reach you, we may replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value to keep your delivery on schedule.
🚚 Why are delivery costs higher for fireworks?
Fireworks must be handled by licensed couriers under strict hazardous goods regulations and packed in UN-certified cartons. These requirements increase cost, but we absorb as much as possible to keep prices fair.
