- Age 18+ only: Fireworks cannot be handed to anyone under 18
- Safe place: If you're not home, you must specify a safe, dry location (porch, garage, shed)
- Failed delivery: If no one is home and no safe place is specified, a £29.95 redelivery charge applies
- Inspect on arrival: Check your order when it arrives and report any issues immediately
Frequently Asked Questions
📍 Where do you deliver?
We deliver to almost all UK Mainland addresses. We don't cover Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or Europe. Remote areas may have slightly longer lead times but we cover them!
📅 When should I order to guarantee delivery?
For Standard Delivery, order before we close the route to your area (you'll see the live cutoff date at checkout). For Premium, you have until a week later. Need it urgently? Contact us and we'll see what we can do.
📦 What does "Partially Dispatched" mean?
Just a quirk of our system! When packing bundles, items sometimes show as split temporarily. Don't worry - your complete order travels together on one van. Once it's on the road, you'll get your tracking link.
❓ What if something is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable during packing, we'll contact you. If time is critical and we can't reach you, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value so you still have fireworks for your event.
🚚 Why are firework delivery costs higher than regular parcels?
Fireworks are classified as explosives (1.4G/1.3G). They legally cannot go through standard parcel networks like DPD or Evri. They require ADR-trained drivers, specialist vehicles, and UN-certified packaging. We actually subsidise these costs heavily - the real cost is much higher!
🏠 What counts as a "safe place"?
Anywhere dry, secure, and out of sight - like a porch, garage, shed, or outbuilding. Not visible from the street is ideal. You can specify this in the "delivery instructions" at checkout.
