What fireworks are best for a birthday party?
It depends on the scale. For a garden party with children, sparklers, ice fountains and small fountains are ideal. For an adult milestone birthday, a selection box or compound firework gives you a proper display. Complete display packs come with everything you need for a full show.
Can I use fireworks in my garden for a birthday?
Yes. Category F2 fireworks need 8 metres between the firework and spectators, which most gardens can manage. Category F3 items need 25 metres. Sparklers and ice fountains (F1) only need 1 metre. Check each product page for the exact safety distance.
Are birthday fireworks safe for children?
Sparklers should only be used by children over 5 with adult supervision. Fun snaps and pop pops are safe for younger children. All other fireworks should be lit by adults only, following the instructions on the label.
