Riakeo Fireworks, cakes and compounds
Riakeo arrived in the UK in 2023 and picked up shelf space fast. The range comes out of the Happy Families factory in Liuyang, the city in Hunan province where most of the world's fireworks are still made, and it reaches UK retailers through Vivid Pyrotechnics.
Two categories, and that is about it: cakes and compounds. No sparklers, no selection boxes. Our own Riakeo range runs from a five-second slice cake up to a 128-shot compound, with both 1.3G and 1.4G classifications in the mix, and the naming is not subtle either. Thunderbolt, Vortex, Weapon X, Peking Opera.

Who are Riakeo Fireworks?
Riakeo is a firework brand that came to the UK in 2023. The range is made at the Happy Families factory in Liuyang, China, and imported by Vivid Pyrotechnics. The focus is narrow: cakes and compounds, with very little else.
Are Riakeo fireworks 1.3G or 1.4G?
Both, and our range has some of each. The Imag-Nation and Peking Opera 2 compounds are 1.3G; Pfauengold and both Slice Effect cakes are 1.4G. 1.3G and 1.4G are UN transport hazard classifications based on explosive content, not a restriction on who can buy or fire the firework, and they are separate from the F category that sets the safety distance.
What sorts of fireworks does Riakeo make?
Cakes and compounds, almost exclusively. Shot counts across our range run from 13 up to 128, with durations of 5 to 55 seconds. You will not find Riakeo sparklers, fountains or selection boxes.
Are Riakeo fireworks suitable for a garden?
Check the category printed on the product before you buy: an F2 firework needs 8 metres of clearance, an F3 needs 25 metres. Everything we carry from Riakeo is F2, but it sits at the powerful end of F2, so give yourself room.
How much do Riakeo fireworks cost?
Across the UK the range runs from roughly £25 for a small slice cake up to £350 for the biggest compounds, with most pieces landing between £40 and £80. Our own Riakeo prices show on each product above as stock arrives.
Do Riakeo fireworks come with free delivery?
Orders over £300 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge. Check our delivery page for full details.
