Galactic Update: August
Welcome to the Galactic Update for August 2024! The season is upon us, and we can feel the excitement building! Our famous Sale Weekend is set for the 7th and 8th of September, and all our staff and drivers are gearing up for a busy and thrilling time. August has been all about getting things sorted and ready to roll, but most of the heavy lifting happens earlier in the year. Here’s a glimpse of what we've been up to this month:
New Stock
We’ve received a few new items that are now live on our website. As always, we adhere to our strict policy of not putting anything live until it’s physically in our hands. This approach has once again proven to be wise, given that delivery dates and containers have faced delays. Rest assured, anything you purchase from us is here and ready, ensuring we provide you with the best pyro for your displays.
One of the standout arrivals this month is the Leviathan from Gemstone Fireworks. This massive 4-kilo compound is nothing short of spectacular, featuring unique effects and intriguing firing patterns from start to finish. We anticipate that Leviathan will be one of our best sellers this year, so grab it while you can!
Another exciting addition is the Up The Ante pack, a set of seven fireworks that not only serves as a great cake pack on its own but also forms an excellent base for more extensive displays.
We expect more items to arrive in the next week or two. By the time you read this, there will likely be many new additions online. As always, we're committed to making sure that our range this year is better than ever!
Complete Displays
Over the past few weeks, we've been busy revamping our range of ready-made Complete Displays. Our approach is simple: “If I was spending that amount of money, what would I want to buy?” We've aimed to provide options for short, medium, and long-lasting displays at various price points.
We have many customers who either don't have the time or find putting together a display daunting, so they leave it to us. Our Complete Displays are not only convenient but also a great deal. The smaller displays come with free delivery, and the larger ones include free rockets, offering even better value and discounts.
Sale Weekend
We’re thrilled to announce that Sale Weekend won’t just be online this year! We’re opening our Dinnington Branch from 10am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Plus, we’re offering a special in-store-only deal: the huge Super Strobe rockets will be just £10 per rocket! This exclusive offer is available only to customers purchasing in-store on Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th. Please note this does not include online orders for in-store collection.
