Whatever is up there, it is coming down. Shoot Em Down is the big new compound from Brothers Pyrotechnics for 2026: 292 shots, fanned wide, on nearly four kilos of pyro-powder.
It runs for over two and a half minutes on a single fuse, long enough to be the whole show. The fan throws the shots from one side of the sky to the other, so it fills the width of your view as well as the height, and it is loud while it does it.
The box is over a metre long, so decide where it is going before the night.
Fawkes' Top Tip
Leave it in the box to fire: it is a compound with interlinking fuses between sections. It is also fanned, so the shots spread side to side. Set it up so that spread runs across your audience's view, and allow for side clearance as well as overhead height.
