Galactic Optimo Privacy Policy

Galactic OptimoRoute Connect processes order references, planning dates and view
ranges supplied from Galactic-Web or entered in its popup. It examines OptimoRoute
page content, including order rows and the order ID field, to find and verify matches.
Order rows may contain customer or delivery information; the extension does not
persist their contents. It uses the browser's existing signed-in OptimoRoute session
without collecting passwords, API keys or session cookies.
The extension stores the most recent lookup inputs, completion/error message and
timing information in Chrome local extension storage. These are replaced by later
lookups and removed when the extension is uninstalled. It does not use Chrome Sync
storage, telemetry, advertising or a separate data collection service.
Order references and dates are entered into OptimoRoute through its ordinary web
interface. Those services process data under their own policies. The extension does
not sell user data or transmit it to analytics providers or unrelated third parties.
Its data use is limited to locating and opening the requested order and reporting
the result. It never automatically saves changes to orders.
