Bit of a strange item we have here, not a sparkler not a glow bracelet but both items in one. As you will see from the video care must be taken when lighting the hand held fountain as it does emit burning hot sparks, afterwards you can pull out the remains and you are left with a glow stick.
I should stress do not use these indoors!
