The muggle version, and no spell book required. Wizards Wands are hand-held sparkler wands from Bright Star, four to a pack, and they burn bright and clean from one end to the other.
Rated F1, a low-hazard firework: safe to use with as little as 1 metre of space. That makes them the part of the night that happens around the fireworks, out on the drive or the patio, once the display itself is done.

Fawkes' Top Tip
Sparklers burn at over 1000 degrees, hotter than lava, and they cause more firework injuries than every other type put together. Hold one by the handle end at arm's length. The moment it goes out, drop it into a metal bucket of cold water, because the wire stays scorching long after it looks dead.
