White Smoke Grenade is the one wedding photographers ask for. Clean white smoke gives a soft, misty backdrop with no colour cast on the dress or the suits.
It's a single ring-pull grenade from Black Cat. Pull the ring and it catches within a couple of seconds, then pours out around 90 seconds of thick smoke with no flame and nothing fired into the air. Outdoors only, and on private land: the label is clear that setting one off in a public area is against the law.
It vents from the top, so set it on the ground just out of shot and let the mist drift through the picture.
