A long-nose utility lighter, so your hand is nowhere near the fuse when it catches. The barrel gives you a proper bit of distance, the ignition is a big button you can work while wearing gloves, and the flame is adjustable for a breezy night.
A 13ml gas refill comes with it, so it arrives ready to use and tops up rather than gets thrown away. They come in either pink or blue and we cannot let you choose which, which nobody has ever minded.
Buy one, then buy a spare. The thing guaranteed to fail on the night is the lighter somebody found in a drawer.
