Fifty neon lite-ropes in a box, and every one of them glows for hours. Snap it, shake it, clip the ends together and you have a necklace.
Twenty-two inches each, in assorted colours, and they keep working long after the fireworks have finished. The practical bit is that you can see where everyone is. On a dark field or a garden with no lighting, fifty glowing necklaces make a crowd much easier to keep track of.
They are the thing to hand out when you would sooner not hand out sparklers. Nothing to light, nothing hot, and no bucket of water needed at the end of the night.
