Bright Star keep the noise down on this one, so it is all light and movement with nothing to send the dog indoors. Wheels have gone out of fashion a little, which is a shame, because nothing else in a garden moves like this. Rated F2, a garden firework: keep spectators at least 8 metres back for safety.
