Wedding Fireworks — Make Your Day Unforgettable
From sparkler send-offs and ice fountain cake toppers to full evening displays, we've got everything you need for wedding fireworks. Our wedding collection brings together the products couples use most — sparklers for photos, ice fountains for the cake, coloured smoke grenades for daytime portraits, and fountains and low-noise fireworks for venue-friendly evening displays.
Daytime wedding fireworks are one of our most popular requests. Coloured smoke grenades photograph brilliantly and come in 8 colours to match your wedding theme. Sparklers are a classic — our 18” mammoth sparklers give you a solid 90 seconds of burn time for the perfect tunnel exit shot. For the evening, fountains and low-noise cakes give you the wow factor without upsetting the neighbours or the venue.

Do I need permission to have fireworks at my wedding?
Yes — always check with your venue first. Most venues require advance notice and some have noise restrictions that limit you to low-noise fireworks and fountains only. If your venue allows fireworks, you'll need to agree a safe firing area at least 25 metres from guests for F3 products (8 metres for F2). Smoke grenades and sparklers (F1) have no minimum distance.
What are the best daytime wedding fireworks?
Coloured smoke grenades are the go-to for daytime wedding fireworks. They produce dense coloured smoke for 60–90 seconds, photograph beautifully, and come in 8 colours so you can match your theme. They're F1-rated, meaning no safety distance and anyone can use them.
How many sparklers do I need for a wedding?
For a sparkler send-off tunnel, you need one sparkler per guest on each side — so for 100 guests, that's 100 sparklers. Our 18” mammoth sparklers come in packs of 4, so you'd need 25 packs. For photos only (just the couple and bridal party), 2-3 packs is usually enough.
Can I use ice fountains on a wedding cake?
Yes — ice fountains are designed for exactly this. They produce cold sparks that won't damage the cake or set off smoke alarms. Push the spike into the top tier and light them as you make your entrance. Each fountain burns for about 45 seconds. We recommend 2-3 per cake for the best visual effect.
What are the quietest wedding fireworks?
Fountains are the quietest option for an evening display — cascading sparks with minimal bangs. Combined with sparklers and ice fountains, you can create a striking display that won't disturb neighbouring properties. See our low-noise collection for more options.
