How do I return a damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item, if possible, please reject the item upon delivery. Then contact us at james@galacticfireworks.co.uk.

If you did not notice the damaged until after you had signed for the delivery then again, please email us at james@galacticfireworks.co.uk with your order information, details of the damage, and supporting images within 3 working days of signing for your item(s).

Please be aware that we cannot accept damaged claims after 3 working days of receipt of the order.

Any replacements for items that have been agreed upon by our team as faulty/damaged will be sent to you free of postage charges.

Once we have confirmed the damaged item the best way of disposing of the damaged firework is to soak it in a bucket for 2-3 days, this makes it inert, then discard it properly (call your local fire officer for advice)
