Sorcerer's Apprentice in my opinion is one of the best pound for pound fireworks that you can buy, giving you both a stunning display accompanied by a very respectable duration of almost 1 minute 20 seconds. As a compound cake Sorcerer's Apprentice has 4 fireworks chain fused, meaning that they fire consecutively one after another.
You begin with stunning zig-zagging colourful strobes and powdered crackle. Blue's, gold's, and red's illuminating the sky. Next you have mesmerising banks of gold willow, hanging with flashing colours. After that we return to a sky filling fanned effect. Wonderous pastil colours break in a crossette fashion, whilst a delicate deep golden crackle accompanies these beautiful bursts. As it reaches its climax Sorcerer's Apprentice takes another step up in power. Alternating between straight firing banks of dazzling colours, before then firing out to either side in a 'V' shaped strobe. Finally classic golden willows with coloured tips fill the sky.
Sorcerer's Apprentice simply does so much right, the visuals are stunning from start to finish whilst also packing a punch. The sheer number of different things happening during this cake is jaw-dropping. An absolute must-have for displays of any size.
