Thanks for making my day

Well its that time of year when we get put under pressure and the stress levels approach bursting point !

But this morning we got this lovely e-mail from Nick that really did make the team here feel so much better. Thank you very much for this Nick you made our day so much nicer.

Over the last few years i have shopped with many of the big name online retailers, but 2015 was the first time using Galactic. 
I contacted James to discuss my order and was greeted with top of the range customer service. Quick replys even at peak times and a wide knowledge of the products Galactic sell ensured my order was quickly placed. 
I want to stress the importance of their communication throughout the ordering and delivery process. I was emailed and called about my delivery and given a specific time slot the products would turn up.( no waiting in all day) This even included delivery on a sunday afternoon!
True to their word the van pulled up and everything was correct with the order. 
This has been the most pleasant shopping experiance i have had with a firework retailer and it was so good i ordered twice this year with exactly the same results.
