Delivery Details & Charges (UK mainland only please see notes if in certain scottish post codes etc)

If your order excedes £300 before the delivery charge then we will automatically send you out our very own Mayhem without you doing anything if however you would prefer the Ressurection rocket box then please request this in notes at the checkout and finaly if you prefer the free delivery simply select pick up at checkout but we will send your fireworks out as normal free of charge.

 


Deliveries during the year (out of season) are only despatched on Mondays and Thursdays, all items sent to mainland uk will be sent on a next day delivery (please note this is not guaranteed and to allow 3-4 working days for delivery) Please also note there Must be someone at least 18 years old to sign for the fireworks. Deliveries to The Highlands and certain parts of Scotland will take 1-2 days longer so please allow for this. Please also see below the notes on delivering to Scotish remote areas.

I highly recommend getting your fireworks at least a week prior to your display to allow yourself to familiarise yourself with the products etc, so please order in plenty of time.


Delivery charges are for England, Wales and certain parts of Scotland, Please note we have to charge an additional £10 on top of normal delivery charges if delivering to The Highlands and Islands of Scotland please note postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE all require you to pay thie additional £10. You must do this yourself when ordering by simply buying a £10 voucher from our vouchers section on the web site (this is important so as not to hold up your order)
We cannot deliver to Ireland/Northern Ireland/ Isle of White/ Isle of Man or anywhere else outside the UK or where we have to cross a large body of water.

ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE CHECKED & SIGNED FOR (ONLY SIGN FOR WHAT YOU RECEIVE !)
It is important you use an address where someone will be in and able to sign for your order, failure to do so will incur additional charges. It is highly advised that whenever possible you use a business address i.e your place of work for your delivery. fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and on occasions identification may be required.
If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or not old enough, we will have to return these to our storage and you wil have to pay for a re-delivery (usually £6.00). If it is ourselves delivering we will allways attempt to call you when we are at your address if this is the case and try to arrange a optional drop off point nearby.

Pick Up Only Products

Obviously these are only for pick up from our stores, however if your order is around bonfire night then please ask as we may be able to add these items to your order if it is ourselves delivering.

Same Day Deliveries.

If you require fireworks on the same day then this is now a service that we offer to any person within a 50 mile radius of S25 3PF (Nottingham to Leeds basicaly) The order must be over £300 but a £25 delivery charge will apply. If you are further away then we can still offer this service at a cost to you of 50p per mile from S25 3PF and back again i.e a delivery to Coventry is 83 miles = 166 miles in total = £83 delivery charge. Can I also add that on any same day delivery service we will require a minimum and a maximum of 20% deposit by credit card and the 80% balance MUST! be paid in cash on delivery (this is to stop credit card fraud) Please call us on 01909 560011.

Returns & Damages

Hopefully you will never need to return a product, but if you do, here are the details.

If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame, we find that the best system if this is the case is for you to soak the item in a bucket for 2-3 days then dicard in a proper way (call your local fire officer for advice) we will then put a credit against your account.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Cancellation Rights
a. You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods
b. If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter, fax, email (provide addresses/email addresses/fax details by which to cancel) within the cancellation period
c. You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession
d. You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, however for fireworks this needs to be done through our specialist hazardous goods courier. the cost of which is to be born by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you
e. Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods plus a 10% restocking fee) within 30 days of cancellation
f. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.
