I do not normally feel the need to either praise or complain about companies whenever I deal with them but in the case of buying fireworks from Galactic Fireworks I felt I just had to say something, From the time we first spoke on the phone and discussed what I required I knew I was not just dealing with someone who sold fireworks but someone who had a passion and knowledge that I would bet is second to none! You basically fitted the fireworks in to suit my budget of £900. Everything you did and recommended was spot on and the fact you numbered all the fireworks up for myself was again brilliant! Can I also add that the event has now been held for the past 4 years but has never received as many positive comments as this year our first year of using Galactic but most certainly not our last. Finally the event is organised to raise money for local charities and this year I am pleased to say we had approximately 600 people attend plus sales of hot dogs and burgers meant we made a profit of over £500. So all in all brilliant!. I can't say more than recommend you whole-heartedly to anyone else wishing to buy fireworks for their event.

I am a bit of a pyromaniac and have been both organising and putting on displays for both myself and any friends that might want me to do one for them. I have heard of Galactic Fireworks but as they are Northern based I've never bought anything from them as its a 300 mile round trip for me but I for the first time this year decided to risk having my fireworks sent mail order! Well what can I say? Firstly you have without a doubt the best web-site in the uk ! The videos that you do of the actual firework being fired are again the best! the truth and honesty about what you stand for and supply to your customers shines through as well, now I feel as though I am going over the top in praising you but credit where its due ! I ordered the fireworks on the Saturday and they arrived in perfect order and so well packaged! Again I just thought wow what attention you put to what you do ! As for the fireworks yes I have bought many items you sell locally and yes they obviously perform the same but the truth is your prices are much lower even after taking into account the delivery charge ! (and thank you for the free Resurrection rocket box you sent for spending over £400 which actually was worth double the delivery cost!) The fireworks where as you know the best fireworks that can be bought in the uk and even though I had watched the videos and knew many pieces from previous firing they still never fail to blow me away each time I fire them again in the flesh. I can only repay you by writing this letter of thanks and stressing to any other pyromaniac out there to buy with confidence! My only regret is I feel I should have been doing the 300 mile journey to Galctic Fireworks long before being able to order off the internet.

Held my first ever firework party on November the 3rd and thanks to the help from everyone at Galactic Fireworks they made sure it was an outstanding success. They were all very helpful, flexible on one or two things and always a pleasure to speak to either over email or by phone. Suffice to say the firework party went very well indeed with most of the 50 people that came saying it was like a professional show but in a back garden. Honestly the best £500 I have spent in a long time and I will definitely be doing so again next year!

I was quite surprised to find a lady "Mandy" having such a broad knowledge of fireworks !
